My name is Ernesto Sofocleous, and I am the Founder and Managing Director of Corservus Management Services.

I graduated with First Class Honours (LL.B.) in Law from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom and subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Financial and Commercial Law from King’s College London.

My academic background provided a strong foundation in corporate, commercial, financial, and international legal matters, while my professional experience allowed me to develop a practical understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs and businesses face in today’s increasingly global environment.

In addition to my legal education, I have obtained professional certifications in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Advanced AML Compliance through the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

I am also a registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association under Registration Number 8570 and hold a CySEC certification under Registration Number 7030.

However, qualifications alone do not define a professional advisor.

Over the years, I have worked closely with entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and international clients from a wide range of industries and jurisdictions. Through these experiences, I learned that clients rarely seek technical expertise alone.
